The spectinomycin sulfate injection of the invention is prepared by a stirring method, and its property is colorless to yellowish clear solution. The spectinomycin sulfate injection prepared by the invention has good stability, rapid absorption, long elimination half-life and high bioavailability, and can be used as a veterinary injection preparation.

Abstract:
20 kinds of clinical common pathogenic microorganisms of livestock and poultry were selected to observe their sensitivity to lincomycin hydrochloride, spectinomycin sulfate, lincomycin hydrochloride and spectinomycin sulfate compound and the control drug penicillin. The results showed that the minimal inhibitory concentrations (MIC) of lincomycin hydrochloride, spectinomycin sulfate, lincomycin hydrochloride, spectinomycin sulfate and penicillin were 0.06~256,0.98~256, respectively, 0.13/0.26-32/64 μg/mL and 0.06-256 μg/mL.
